27000series pigments adopt imported advanced technology from Korean, and raw material also are imported. The feature of this series are diversified colors, deep colored and stable quality etc.
Coefficient of expansion (α): 90-100x10-7/K (50-300°c)
Firing temperature: 600-640 Deg. C
Firing time: 50-60 min (keep it 10min)
Acid and alkali resistance: weakly acid and alkali resistance
Firing atmosphere: neutral or weakly oxidizing atmosphere
Surface gloss: silky luster
Covering ability: based on the thickness of pigment layer, can be completely covered.
Combination:27000series pigments can be mixed colors, but the color stability must be tested in the lab before putted into lot quantity production, especially cd pigment mixed with cd free pigment.
Application: indirect screen printing, direct screen printing, spraying and thermoplastic printing pigment.
